At Brandleap Fashion, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process. Refunds are issued based on the type of transaction and payment method used.

General Guidelines
The processing time for your refund depends on the type of refund and your payment method. The refund period begins once Brandleap Fashion processes your request according to your refund type. Refunds include the item price and applicable shipping fee for the returned product.

Types of Refunds

  1. Refunds from Returns
    Refunds are processed once your returned item (e.g., clothing, accessories) reaches our warehouse and successfully passes Quality Control (QC). For details on how to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy.
  2. Refunds from Cancelled Orders
    If you cancel your order, a refund is automatically triggered once the cancellation is confirmed.
  3. Refunds from Failed Deliveries
    If delivery of your order fails, the refund process begins once the item has been returned to our warehouse. Processing time may vary depending on your shipping address location.

Modes of Refund
Bank Deposit
The bank account details provided must be correct. The account must be active and should maintain a minimum balance.

Debit Card or Credit Card
If the refunded amount is not reflected in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification from Brandleap Fashion, please contact your bank.

bKash / Rocket / Nagad (MFS)
The refunded amount will be sent to the same mobile account used during the original payment.

Brandleap Voucher
Vouchers will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number on Brandleap Fashion and can be redeemed using the same mobile number.

Why Was I Refunded Instead of Receiving an Exchange?
When you return an item for exchange, it depends on stock availability at that time (e.g., size, color, or style). If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead. You will receive an email with the details of your return and whether an exchange or refund has been issued.

Important Notes

  • Voucher discount codes can only be applied once. Any remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward, even if the order value is lower than the voucher value.
  • In case of any refund, any cashback amount received earlier will be adjusted against the refund amount.
  • The voucher refund method is not eligible for modification.
